The BzsLink Group
Founded in 1996 in Dongguan, Guangdong, BzsLink initially focused on producing plastic tableware and kitchenware. With time, our business scope expanded to include manufacturing and sourcing services for companies from the United States and Europe, operating in China.
In 2016, the BzsLink Group ventured into the food and beverage industry, specifically in the baking materials sector. We established a robust distribution network that spans across the Southern province of Guangdong, China. This network enables us to effectively distribute baking materials to wholesalers and retailers in the region.
Our expansion into the food and beverage industry reflects our commitment to diversifying our services and meeting the evolving needs of our clients. We continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of our operations, ensuring high-quality products and services for our customers.
Our Factory
The BzsLink factory is strategically located in the industrial district of Dongguan, China, occupying a spacious area of over 26,000 square meters. Within this facility, our workshop is dedicated to housing all the necessary manufacturing equipment. The majority of the space is specifically allocated for injection moulding, one of our primary manufacturing processes.
To meet the diverse needs of our clients, we have a well-equipped mould workshop with advanced machinery such as EDM, CNC, and wire cut machines to ensure precise mould production.
At BzsLink, we prioritize efficiency and fast turnaround times. To achieve this, we have installed an impressive array of 101 injection moulding machines in our workshop. This enables us to handle orders of any volume and urgency, with the ability to operate 24/7 for urgent requests.
Our commitment to delivering timely solutions is supported by our dedicated workforce of over 800 skilled employees. They contribute their expertise and collective efforts to ensure efficient operations throughout the manufacturing process.
Furthermore, BzsLink boasts a specialized engineering department comprising a team of 30 experienced engineers. They are readily available to provide comprehensive support for new projects, offering their expertise and guidance to bring innovative ideas to life.
In terms of assembly capabilities, our workshop can accommodate up to 15 assembly lines simultaneously. To ensure optimal product quality, we offer dust-free assembly services, maintaining a clean and controlled environment throughout the assembly process.
As a testament to our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility, the BzsLink workshop is certified with ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 9001 for quality management.
